Ok. First paper due Thursday October 1st. First real inspiration to write on my blog. Now.

So. Thoughts as of late.

I get to eat EVERY meal with wonderful people. I can walk into the dining room, with a plate of (ALMOST always) great food, and sit with whomever I want to, when most people are already seated. Or I can, if I so choose that day, sit down on my own and wait for... who knows who? Meal times are ever exciting. You learn to really come to value the company and fellowship of others when you have spent a few dinners and suppers and lunches alone in the past.

The colors are already looking lovely. I can't imagine how beautiful it will look in mid-October. How much more vibrant a red color, or a yellow, or an orange can you get than that of a deciduous tree in fall? Ok, you may have many an answer to that. I went for a drive to Fredericton on Friday and came back Saturday. The drive, the conversations had, the beautiful day, the colors. Words aren't enough.

A new friend said (and this isn't the first time) "I really like you, Rosie." And then, "I think I have a friend crush on you." Food for my soul.

Imagine this:

Upstairs on the third floor, in a not so sound proof classroom, reading, reading and reading. The sound of Beethoven on the piano floats up from the main floor. (someone, human, playing, not a CD. You can also tell they are human by the mistakes being made - just makes it all the better)
